https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2024/06/15/keir-starmer-terrifyingly-close-britain-one-party-state/

This is a beauty…

at first, his (Starmer) popularity will hold. Immigration, after all, is falling sharply, driven in no small measure by the changes the present government has made to the system, and for which it has received literally no credit. NHS waiting lists are likewise well down from their peak. So is inflation.”

Now that’s what I call a “brass neck” Mr Hannan. Even if any of this were true the ordinary man on the street would not believe it. He also makes the ludicrous claim that Kneel will have learnt from Bliar. Erm, no Mr Hannan Bliar will be running the show. Kneel will be his mouthpiece.

As usual Dan Hannan’s cosy lifestyle is so far removed from ordinary people that he ends up spouting silly nonsense. There are some decent points on policy matters though such as allowing sixteen year old children the vote, best called out for what it is – gerrymandering.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2024/06/15/are-you-far-right-take-our-quiz/

I scored a ‘full house.’ Definitely a
far-Right, bigoted, hate-filled, genocidal, transphobic Zionist. You are literally Hitler.”

According to the article. It seems a bit harsh but never mind.

https://thenewconservative.co.uk/farage-islam-and-freedom/ I posted this last night but as not everybody goes back over old articles I believe it worth reposting. An excellent article by Anne Marie Waters at thenewconservative and which rightly deserves a wider audience. Ms Waters has been ringing the alarm bells about islam for a good few years and like Tommy Robinson she has been vilified for it. “Islam is entirely unique and the left protects it like no other belief system. Why? Because the left absolutely loves Islam, and the more of it injected into the Western capitalist bourgeoisie, the better. Islam despises the West even more than the radical left. Its adherents are mostly brown-skinned, so they can play the racial oppression card, and crucially, for the left’s purposes, it is violent.” Quite understandably she has a go at Farage for his failure to support her and Tommy Robinson and even condemn them. “Farage’s words indicate that he doesn’t comprehend that Islam is a totalitarian belief system that uses violence to achieve its aims. That is in Islam’s DNA, there’s no getting away from it, and the only way to stop it destroying Britain is to stop Islamic immigration, deport thousands, and reassert commitment to… Read more »

https://www.conservativewoman.co.uk/a-beginners-guide-to-covid-part-17-is-it-a-vaccine/

Paul Weston’s excellent series on the C1984. Are the “vaccines” really vaccines?

The refusal to honestly label them as a gene-based therapy enabled our governments to inject us with them after just a few months of trials. Our politicians lied to us, as did Pfizer and Moderna. Most shockingly – and criminally – every single one of our health regulatory agencies, whose sole remit is to protect the health of the country’s citizens, lied to us as well.”

Kathy Gyngell’s review of the past week with focus on Mark Steyn’s case against Ofcom. The guy is a legend.

Ofcom much like another Of – sted, are nothing but a sorry stain on our country. The whole lot of them belong in prison.

David Cameron criticised Putin for not attending the “Peace Conference” in Switzerland. With his finger always on the pulse of foreign affairs, he seems to have forgetten that Putin wasn’t invited and wouldn’t have come anyway as there is still an international arrest warrant for him over alleged war crimes.
Cameron as Foreign Secretary is a danger to Britain.

Cameron has the intelligence of someone more rightly going by the name of “call me Dave.”

The toxic legacy of lockdown is destroying our political system” – Until politicians come clean about the devastating costs of lockdown, we will be stuck in this cycle of failure, writes Janet Daley in the Telegraph.

This sounds like an attempt to excuse the poor state of politics and the poor standard of politicians in Britain (and USA, Europe etc). The consequences of the bad handling of Covid will take as long as HIV blood and the sub-postmasters scandals to come to a conclusion and it will be the same: we will learn lessons, those responsible have retired, gone to California or whatever.

A good introduction to the war that is being waged on food.

For the simple-minded this is just another cock-up.
